Since 2012 I have been putting my heart and soul into the ComTeamHotel as a cook and a chef.
In 2014, my area of responsibility expanded to include the role of hotel manager and covers areas such as leadership, coordination and operational processes within the hotel, kitchen and restaurant, as well as ensuring and improving quality, to name just a few.
I have been active in the industry for about 20 years and have learned the craft of cooking from the bottom up. I completed my training in the Park Hotel Egerner Höfe and the panoramic restaurant Wallberg, as well as in the Lindl butcher’s shop. I have worked in numerous restaurants and hotels around Lake Tegernsee and was also self-employed as a chef and in event service.
